This cream does everything. It helps to heal diaper rash, cuts,irritated bug bites, eczema, and chapped lips. I use it as a night cream, day cream, an hand cream. My children know it as the magic cream. It has a light heavenly scent. It is so smooth, silky and non-greasy. It is absolutely wonderful. The only problem with this cream is that it doesn't come in a bigger tub.
