This tufted organic innerspring mattress employs traditional Bonnell style coils as a core, surrounded with layers of organic cotton and wool that, with extra tufting, achieve a truly firm mattress. The 14 gauge coils have not been treated with any oils or chemicals.
The pure wool acts as a natural flame retardant, so no chemical flame retardants are added to this organic mattress. Pure wool is dust mite and mold resistant.
