These pads work very well they are very absorbent. It is nice to know that what is against your babies food is organic. Please use detergent that you would on cloth diapers other wise soap build up in the pad reduces absorbency. I would have given these pads a 5 but I feel that there are certain bras or shirts I had to avoid because of noticing the shape of the pad. This seemed to happen after more washing though. They tend to curl a little. Maybe if I had just hand washed them it would have solved the problem. I am expecting babies 3 & 4 know and I'm am still using these pads. The ones I bought 4 yrs ago. I just purchased a few thicker bras and am confident know one will know the pads are there.
