"Make Your Own Gift Baskets" - You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers!

  • Will my gift basket arrive assembled?

    Yes, all gift baskets are tied up with clear gift wrapping and YOUR ribbon colors. We even send you photos of your basket, so that you can see how great it looks.

  • Will pricing information be shared with the recipient?

    We take care of everything down to the smallest details. All prices and tags are removed, and no invoices are included.

  • How will they know where the gift came from?

    We take your message and hand write (yes, actually hand write!) it on our signature notecards for that extra personal touch.

  • What if all of the items don't fit in my chosen container?

    It is easy (and fun!) to keep adding and adding once you get started. Not a problem - we catch overflow with beautiful cotton canvas heart bags. Bonus - they are reusable.

  • What if I want to add another product from a different part of the website?

    You can simply add any product you want to the final cart. Just leave us a note in instructions (at checkout) that it is to be included in the basket.

  • Can you explain how the donation works?

    This is our favorite part! You choose the cause that resonates with you from 1 of our 20 charities around the world. WE donate 5% of your purchase price and include a card in the gift explaining how it gives back.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • When will my order ship?

    We make every effort to ship your order within 2 business days, most actually ship the same day.

  • Can I get my gift there faster?

    We offer a low $9.99 flat rate shipping for all deliveries. This takes 4-6 business days.

    To get it there faster, choose:
    3 day (3-4 business days): $21.00
    2 day (2-3 business days) - $34.00
    Overnight - $125.00

  • What is your return policy?

    Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction.

    If something were to happen during shipping, we accept any damaged or defective merchandise for return if we are notified within 3 days of delivery. Please text 203-948-4189 or email us customercare@ourgreenhouse.com. We will be happy to arrange a replacement, refund, or credit.

    If you have a return for another reason, full refunds (less shipping fees) or a store credit will be issued if the merchandise is returned in its original condition, including packaging, within 30 days. Please be sure to include your name/phone/email/credit card/reason for return and whether you would like to exchange or receive a credit.
