There, you’ll find some of the most beautiful natural seeds that grow deep in the Peruvian rainforest: açaí and tiger’s eye.
Amazonian Indigenous communities gather the fruit of trees like the açaí palm, selling them to earn a fair income.
They sell them to artisans like Gerarda, who transforms the leftover seeds into wearable art.
The hard, round seed left after extracting the fruit’s pulp has been used for centuries to make necklaces, bracelets, and other handcrafted treasures.
Each seed is marked by its mother — the rainforest.
Dotted and lined with natural patterns, they carry the fingerprints and memory of the jungle where they were born.
Shaped by trees, river water, and rain, these three elements leave their quiet imprint on each one.
The bracelet’s (you buy) body is made of natural-toned açaí seeds — natural tone, soft greys and browns.
At the ends, two tiger’s eye seeds — the jungle’s watchful protectors —care of you.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Gerarda is a master artisan with many years of experience.
She studied nursing, but her love for the forest’s seeds and the joy of creating with them won her heart. So, she became a seed artisan — a storyteller of the jungle through her hands.
Gerarda works under the principles of Fair Trade, where people and the planet matter more than profit.
