Will my gift basket arrive assembled?
Yes, all gift baskets are tied up with clear gift wrapping and your ribbon choices. We even send you photos of your basket, so that you can see how great it looks.

Will pricing information be shared with the recipient?
We take care of everything down to the smallest details. All prices and tags are removed, and no invoices are included.

How will they know where the gift came from?
We take your message and hand write it (yes, actually hand write!) on our signature notecards for that extra personal touch.

What if all of the items don't fit in my chosen container?
It is easy (and fun!) to keep adding and adding once you get started. Not a problem - we catch overflow with beautiful cotton canvas heart bags. Bonus - they are reusable.

What if I want to add another product from a different part of the website?
You can simply add any product you want to the final cart. Just leave us a note in instructions (at checkout) that it is to be included in the basket.

Can you explain how the donation works?
This is our favorite part. You choose the cause that resonates with you from 1 of our 20 charities around the world. WE donate 3% of your purchase price for Make your Own and include a card in the gift explaining how it gives back.
